SOLO 14 Day Body Plan
Unique to SOLO Health and Fitness Clinics. An intensive, high impact 14-day plan to sculpt, lift and burn fat in a controlled and motivational environment .
Daily intensive personal training with a highly experienced physiologist. Exercise plans are tailored to the individual and focused on problem areas. Clients can expect to drop up to 8% body fat and/or lose up to 12lbs.
The plan includes a pre-prepared nutritious low fat, low-carbohydrate diet. With food provided weekdays, cut out cooking, shopping and planning!
Medically driven, the SOLO Body Plan uses a multi-disciplinary team of SOLO specialists – nutritionists, physiologists, naturopaths and chefs - to safely reduce fat and sculpt and tone the body.
This 14 day boot-camp approach teaches clients a new way to eat and stay healthy - a results-oriented kick start to maintaining balance in diet and lifestyle for the long term.
The programme includes:
- Initial physiological and nutritional assessments and goal setting
- Daily personal training and exercise routine tailored to the individual, cardiovascular and body sculpting, focusing on problem areas where needed
- Daily nutritional diet provided on weekdays as part of the 2-week body plan. The diet is planned by SOLO nutritionists in conjunction with Orange Square gourmet chefs
- The food is varied, includes chicken, fish and lamb, and while it is low fat and low carbohydrate to reduce calorie intake, our chefs make good use of herbs and spices to maximise taste and enjoyment
SOLO 28 Day Programme
A 28 day training programme tailored to the individual. Clients train three times per week at SOLO with a highly experienced personal trainer.
Initial consultations include a physiological and postural assessment, nutritional analysis and personal goal setting. A subsequent weekly programme (each week for four weeks) consists of 3 personal training or rehabilitation sessions, 1 therapy appointment (e.g. massage) and ongoing nutritional advice. Clients will be advised on a continuous maintenance plan or can follow up with a tailor made maintenance programme at the Clinic.
21 Day Medical Detox Programme
A three week detoxification programme for clients who want to rid the body of toxins, returning it to optimum health.
Using the principles of naturopathy and herbalism, this programme focuses on detoxification of the body using herbs, a mixture of complementary therapies e.g. cranio sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, gentle exercise and nutrition.
The programme is designed to flush toxins from the body, relieving sluggishness and lethargy.
