Personal Assessment and Training

Personal training is about tailoring a fitness programme specifically to your needs and getting the results that you want. Each individual is different. At SOLO we begin all training with personal assessment and goal setting. One of our highly trained physiologists will carry out a health and fitness assessment and design a programme based on your circumstances and what you would like to achieve.

You may feel overweight, lacking in energy and motivation, or want to train for a specific event. Training may include cardio fitness programmes, weight training, body sculpting and weight loss. Specific Sports and Rehabilitation Programming

Whether for golf, training for a marathon or sports injury rehabilitation, our multi-disciplinary approach involves in depth assessment, muscle testing, biomechanics and core conditioning.
